Realme 10 Pro Plus Gets a Global Launch With a Mid-Range SoC

Realme has launched their new phone models, the 10 Pro and the 10 Pro Plus, globally. The launch was according to the schedule revealed by the company a week ago, and both phones were presented simultaneously, just like in the past.

The Realme 10 Pro Plus is the higher-end model of the two phones with an impressive 6.7 inches 120 Hz display. The phone has an impressive 93% screen-to-body ratio, making the bezels very small. On the back of the phone is a triple camera setup that features a 108MP ProLight primary shooter, an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens, and a 2MP macro lens. These cameras, coupled with a 16MP punch-hole selfie camera, meaning that you can take excellent pictures from every angle.

The phone will be powered using MediaTek’s latest midrange chip, the Dimensity 1080 SoC, which is known to clock at speeds of 2.6GHz. The chip also supports photos taken up to 200MP, which is impressive for a mid-range mobile platform. Realme has also equipped the Pro Plus model with an amazing 5000mAh battery with Super VOOC charging support. This will allow the phone to charge up to 50%  within 17 minutes.

In terms of connectivity, the two devices are capable of supporting Wi-Fi 6, 5, and Bluetooth 5.2. The Realme 10 Pro Plus will be shipped with the Chinese OEM’s latest UI, which is the Realme UI 4.0 (Android 13) software, saving you the need to update your phone when you get it. Both phones are designed to come in 4 colors, including Hyperspace, Dark Matter, and Nebula Blue.

The Realme 10 pro Plus will be available in a few different RAM and internal storage options, including 6GB/128GB, 8GB/128GB, and 8/256GB. The Realme 10 Pro is quite similar to the higher-end model. Still, instead of a triple-camera setup, it has two cameras. The primary camera is the same as the Pro Plus model with the 108MP primary lens. The second camera in the setup is a 2MP portrait camera, and on the front, there is the same 16MP selfie camera.
