LG is not far behind in the world of lifestyle TVs, and it has recently added a new model to its LG OLED Object Collection line, which launched last year. The new TV is called Posé, and it is a much more slimline version of Samsung’s Serif. Posé will come in three different screen sizes; 42-inch, 48-inch, and 55-inch. This new TV will launch in the third quarter of 2022 and will be available in Europe first.
The Posé will look much like the 65-inch Easel, announced at CES, which looks just like an art easel. It has a sliding fabric that covers and conceals the screen when it is not in use. You can use it to display artworks and photos when the TV is not in use.
Lifestyle TVs have gained popularity in the last few years. The main purpose of these TVs is to look good in your home. Their main purpose is to upkeep the aesthetic of your home, as they can be hidden away and made to look like a piece of artwork when not in use.
LG has not yet announced the price of the Posé, but it is a premium TV made using the company’s best technology. Both of LG’s new lifestyle televisions will use OLED Evo technology, and will most probably be expensive.
The LG Gallery Edition, which is a 65-inch TV by LG, is $3200. This price is much higher than Samsung’s, which uses a cheaper display. Thus, you can expect that the cost of the Posé will be somewhere around that mark.
However, the Posé is the smaller of the two. Thus, it will be cheaper. The TV will free stand in your living room, and it has a Galley Mode, which can show artwork or photos on the self-lit digital canvas.
