Leaked Infinix GT 10 Reveal a Nothing-Like Phone

The upcoming Infinix GT 10 Pro Plus, a gaming-oriented smartphone, is set to launch in India next month. Leaked images of the phone obtained by GSMArena showcase a design on the rear that seems inspired by the Nothing Phone (1) and Phone (2)’s semi-translucent back design. The back of the Infinix GT 10 Pro Plus features a similar translucent appearance, allowing glimpses of internal components.

However, the rest of the device exhibits a distinct boxy design with squared-off edges, setting it apart from the more rounded design elements of the Nothing Phone series. With its unique design and gaming-focused features, the Infinix GT 10 Pro Plus aims to attract gaming enthusiasts in the Indian market when it officially launches next month.

In terms of the camera setup, the Infinix GT 10 Pro Plus is rumored to have a distinct camera visor design, unlike the Nothing phones. It is expected to feature a 108MP primary sensor, along with two other sensors, which will contribute to its imaging capabilities.

Under the hood, the Infinix GT 10 Pro Plus is rumored to have a MediaTek Dimensity chipset. Specifically, the leaked Weibo post mentions a Dimensity 8050 chipset for the Plus variant and a Dimensity 1300 chipset for the non-Plus variant.

The Infinix GT 10 Pro Plus and non-Plus variants are expected to share certain specifications, such as a 5,000mAh battery and 8GB of RAM. The storage options may vary, with the Plus variant shown with 128GB of storage and the non-Plus variant with 256GB.

For gaming enthusiasts, the GT 10 Pro Plus is said to offer special optimizations for popular games like PUBG, MLBB (Mobile Legends: Bang Bang), and Free Fire, which should enhance the gaming experience on the device.

Regarding colors, the Infinix GT 10 Pro Plus, similar to Nothing Phone (2) and Phone (1), will be available in two color variants: white and dark gray, giving consumers some choice in aesthetics. Additionally, the phone will run on Android 13-based XOS 13 out of the box, offering the latest software features and optimizations for a smooth user experience.

However, there’s some disappointment for users regarding software updates. According to GSMArena, the GT 10 Pro Plus will only receive one major Android version update, along with two years of security updates.
