What is Jujutsu Kaisen About?

The manga Jujutsu Kaisen by Gege Akutami is the only inspiration for the anime television series Jujutsu Kaisen. Once a week, Shonen Jump magazine publishes the manga sequence. Subsequently, the anime for the manga series was created by MAPPA Animations. It was directed by Sungho Park, while Hiroshi Seko managed the script.

Itadori Yuji is a 15-year-old high school student with a love of athletics and a fantastic body, which is the narrative’s focus. He decides to socialize with coworkers and the sports team rather than attend class. His grandfather’s advice on his deathbed, to save the people you can, is his inspiration. Megumi Fushiguro of Jujutsu’s  High School was tasked with searching for the Sukuna’s fingers, which possess the sealed supernatural monster Sukuna’s Evil Spirit.

The cursed item attracts the weakest creatures, curses that are not from the realm of humans. Yuji finds one of Sukuna’s fingers in the art museum at his school. Given the energy emanating from the finger, Megumi knows its whereabouts and sets out to retrieve it while Sukuna’s finger receives rebukes.

To escape the curses, Yuji’s friend makes the ultimate sacrifice. Yuji is frustrated that he can’t assist his companion. When Megumi persuades Yuji to eat the finger to protect his surviving colleagues from the curses, Yuji refuses. Normally, Sukuna’s fingers are incapable of eating, but he still ends up eating them.

Sukuna’s possession of the humans would result in their death, but Yuji escapes. When Sukuna seizes control of Yuji’s body, Megumi resists and suffers serious wounds. The show’s top and most powerful jujutsu practitioner, Sotoru Gojo, then sends off Sukuna.

While Yuji is in possession of the sukuna and the Jujutsu Tech Elders are attempting to kill him, Sukuna waits in Yuji until all the fingers are gathered because he can’t entirely takeover over Yuji with just one finger and his limited skills. But Gojo has a better scheme to save Yuji, who will be confined until Sukuna’s fingers are located and fed to him.
